As an Office Service Person, you’ll be in charge of supporting copy/print duties, take incoming mail to the right office/department, scheduling conference rooms/guest office space, answering phones, requesting, and supporting catering services, hospitality, inventory management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of related experience (office, hospitality etc.).
• Proficient with Ms. Office Programs (Word, Excell and Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time (1 shift).

Schedule:

• Shift: 8 am – 5 pm (Monday to Friday).

Duties:

• Scanning and /or imaging documents.
• Conduct weekly /monthly facility tours and inspections to identify potential issues.
• Distribute office supplies and mail.
• Shipping and receiving documents and supplies.
• Making copies as needed.
• Organize documents in folders and filling.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.50 per hour
