Being a Slot Floor Person prints jackpot tickets, obtains customer identification, and completes appropriate forms. Ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. Additionally, Slot Floor Person may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Slot Floor Person may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. SUMMARY: Position requires thorough understanding of company policy and procedures, goals and objectives; while ensuring they are properly communicated to department staff. Assure that all guidelines of the FSST Gaming Commission policies and procedures, as well as Company Internal Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to. This position is responsible for the overall supervision of Slot employees and promoting guest service.
Requirements: HIgh School Diploma or GED. Must have 3 years slot experience and supervisor experience. Must be 21 yrs and able to obtain an FSST Key Gaming License.
Starting Wage Scale: $24.00 - $27.84 per hour
