Being a Slot Floor Person prints jackpot tickets, obtains customer identification, and completes appropriate forms. Ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. Additionally, Slot Floor Person may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Slot Floor Person may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Provides critical maintenance support for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC control systems associated with Production machines
Troubleshoot operational and functional problems to identify the root cause and a best course of action to return machines to service
Become familiar with Technical Plant Support Procedures and their execution
Identify areas where improvements can be made to existing maintenance processes and procedures
Perform routine, scheduled preventative maintenance on all production equipment
