What this role entails and how you’ll contribute
The Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and driving coordination, end-to-end execution and delivery of complex Hallmark.com ecommerce digital initiatives often spanning multiple portfolios, technical teams, and business groups. This role may be aligned to a single or multiple product teams responsible for expansive scope and is one of the 4 'key' leads within an agile team and partners closely with the team assigned Product Manager, Engineering Lead and XD Lead. We are looking for a self-motivated facilitator and driver, collaborating with key stakeholders across business and technology to assemble end-to-end delivery of initiatives, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop integrated timelines to ensure timely and effective completion of initiatives by meeting project milestones. Success in this role will include driving and tracking deliverables and milestones, removing roadblocks, assessing risk and dependencies, providing escalation management, making tradeoffs, and balancing the business needs and technical constraints. Effective communication of initiative health and KPIs are critical to manage expectations with executive and manager level key stakeholders.
The day-to-day of this position includes the need to connect the dots, raise concerns, remove impediments, see opportunities for individuals and teams to improve, and coach through those opportunities. This role is a partner to product and technology to elevate and seek alignment to ensure everyone is on the same page. This role is critical in building Hallmark's future.
