Slot Operations Manager manages and directs the daily operations of the slot department. Reviews electronic gaming device reports and adheres to federal cash reporting requirements. The Slot Operations Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. - Ensure all guest related questions, problems, and requests for service are promptly handled and rectified in a professional, timely manner and in accordance to departmental standards.
- Handle the payment of all manual, hand-paid slot machine jackpots.
- Answer questions related to slot machines as well as general property information.
- Promote features of the Casino Player's Card and assist in slot promotions, as required.
- Sign up guests into the Casino Player's Card.
- Investigate and resolve issues relating to bill validators and slot gaming vouchers, including troubleshooting of basic bill validator and ticket printer problems.
- Exchange large bills (currency) for smaller at the request of guests.
- Assist with additional technical and service issues, as required.
- Performs routine preventative maintenance on slot machines and related equipment as deemed necessary.

- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be 18 years of age
- Previous experience in casino or hospitality industry preferred.
