Our Store Managers are normally all considered General Managers In-Training (GMIT). Shift Runners (GMIT I to GMIT II) assist the General Manager (GM) and the Assistant Managers (GMIT III to GMIT IV) with overall store and shift management as well as light administrative duties. Assistant Managers handle high level of store management and administrative duty in support of the GM and store. GMITs progress to become experts in product making and deeply knowledgeable in company and brand standards to help ensure they are being followed. GMITS exhibit the basic standards of Pizza Makers and CSRs and starting hourly wage averages around $9 for GMIT I but may go up to $14 for GMIT IV with the ability to achieve tips also taking the salary range anywhere from $320 to $600 weekly as a full-time employee.
