City Wide Facility Solutions is actively seeking a Night Manager for Janitorial Services for our Franchise location in Northern New Jersey.

The Night Manager is responsible for the management and quality control inspection of janitorial services at our client locations, increasing client satisfaction, and working with Independent Contractors (IC's) to maintain or improve services. The Night Manager must be able to work independently and with others.

Essential functions

• Develop and maintain productive, working relationships with Independent Contractors (IC's) by communicating client priorities and solving day to day issues.
• Daily routine - travel to each account on the schedule and perform quality inspections.
• Review scope of work with IC's and insure scope of work is being performed by IC's
• Communicate with Account Manager (FSM) daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email or phone message.
• Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines and discharge if not meeting scope of work agreement.
• Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention.
• Execute City Wide’s New-Start Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use.
• Other duties including backup janitorial as necessary.
