Slot Shift Manager Assistant assists the manager with gaming activities in the slot department during an assigned shift. Approves jackpot and credit payouts and ensures that all appropriate forms are completed. Being a Slot Shift Manager Assistant confirms all slot equipment is functioning properly. Supervises all electronic gaming device personnel. Additionally, Slot Shift Manager Assistant ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. May require a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. The Appointment Setter role encompasses researching and exploring new business relationships, calling potential customers, scheduling appointments for our outside sales consultants and more. - Extremely detail-oriented.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Basic knowledge of Google tools (Sheets, Docs)
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Complete and submit documentation, new paperwork, and reports in a timely manner.
- Enthusiasm to grow within the company.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Monday - Friday - Day or Evening shift.
