Repair, maintain, and monitor the operation of assigned electronic gaming devices. Participate in the move of any slot-related equipment. Monitor the performance of slot machines, activity, and conditions of the casino slot areas ensuring all slot machines are operable and identified for repair as necessary. Responsible for assisting guests and answering questions regarding the use of Resort Club cards, machine payouts, promotions, events, and the location of amenities and machines. Stocks machines with tickets and conducts transactions for jackpots.
