Slot Shift Manager manages the slot department during an assigned shift. Approves jackpot and credit payouts and ensures that all appropriate forms are completed. Being a Slot Shift Manager confirms that all slot department equipment is functioning properly. Supervises all electronic gaming device personnel. Additionally, Slot Shift Manager ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Slot Shift Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. As a Welder at Trinity, you’ll apply appropriate welding processes to join, surface, fabricate, and repair parts of metal or other weldable materials according to layouts, work orders, blueprints, schematics, and sketches using manual, automatic welding, and/or semi-automatic welding equipment.
In this role, the Career Welder:
- Hand weld in all positions, fillet and groove
- Perform repairs to subassemblies for final product
- Perform oxy-fuel welding
- Perform carbon arc welding
- Conduct one or two NDE tests
- Follow all safety rules and practices
- May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you will need:
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Experience with MIG and FCAW is required
- FCAW (2G, 3G & 4G)
- Ability to weld out of position (vertical & overhead)
- May require working above ground (15 ft or more)
- Must be able to climb ladders or stairs to reach objects; comfortable with heights.
- May require working in narrow or confined work spaces for extended periods of time
- Tasks may require physical strength and dexterity
- May require extensive kneeling, bending and standing for long periods of time
