Slot Shift Manager manages the slot department during an assigned shift. Approves jackpot and credit payouts and ensures that all appropriate forms are completed. Being a Slot Shift Manager confirms that all slot department equipment is functioning properly. Supervises all electronic gaming device personnel. Additionally, Slot Shift Manager ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Slot Shift Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. · 3 – 5 years’ experience in one or more manufacturing related SAP modules; Experience with S/4HANA highly preferred.
· Deep knowledge of SAP solutions covering Plant Management and Maintenance processes : construction, design, operations, commissioning, corrective and predictive maintenance including external service management, refurbishment, replacement or decommissioning of plant, facilities, and equipment
· Experience with dealing with key integration areas in Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, and Finance
· Minimum of two full-lifecycle SAP deployments
· Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently
· Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills
· Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes.
· Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information
· Ability to evaluate and negotiate priorities and adapt to new/evolving individual and team assignments as adjustments are needed.
· Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of an organization how current trends and technology can address identified business needs and capabilities
· Interact and deal effectively with all levels of employees while maintaining a professional manner; willingness and effectiveness in challenging the status-quo.

· Bachelor’s degree related to Information Systems, Business or other relevant academic discipline with a minimum 3 year job experience in IT or process area(s)
