Ensures that the company has the most innovative products on the market that support our core gaming strategy, and that products are fully operational and available for the customer's enjoyment at all times. Ensures that all Company service and operating standards are consistently met. Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

• Monitors the process and quality of slot product maintenance program, and ensures that products on the gaming floor are in correct working order.
• Maintains proper documentation on repair logs, lock and key logs, etc.
• Troubleshoots and repairs slot machine products and related equipment to the component levels (light drivers, switch relays, monitor controls, etc.)
• Oversees the safe and efficient operation of the slot repair shop equipment including hand tools, soldering tools, power tools and electronic test equipment.
• Trains, develops, and schedules slot technician employees. Reports any prevailing trends to HR. Evaluates performance of direct staff members, and consistently documents both positive and constructive feedback relative to Company service and operating standards.
• Develop and maintain an up to date knowledge of all Company events and promotions and ensure Slot Technicians are briefed accordingly.
• Regularly analyze departmental Job Descriptions for relevance and effectiveness. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• 
  High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of slot technical operations.
• Must have knowledge of and ability to use various computer programs. Must be able to stand, walk, lift, bend, kneel, twist, and grip tools for a full 8 hour shift.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends and holidays, as required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communication.
• Must be knowledgeable of all federal, state and local regulations relevant to slot operations.
