Slot Shift Manager jobs in Racine, WI

Ensures a high level of guest service in the slot department through open communication, making change and processing/paying jackpots.

Essential Job Functions:

• Excellent internal/external guest service skills;
• Accurately pay jackpots;
• Knowledge of slot machines to clear bill validator jams, maintain operation of ticket dispensers, and clear other related machine tilts;
• Knowledge of all company facilities and promotions;
• Protect company assets;
• Ensure compliance of all state and federal regulations;
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School/ GED preferred.
•  Previous cash handling experience.

Preferred:

• Bilingual a plus.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Excellent oral communication skills.

• Some Casino experience; preferably in Slots.

• Ability to handle high volume stress situations.

• Organized and detailed-oriented.

• May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors such as second-hand smoke, bright lights and excessive noise.

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

• Other physical demands of this job may include but are not limited to: bending, lifting, reaching, pulling/pushing, kneeling, squatting, and grasping.
