Slot Shift Manager manages the slot department during an assigned shift. Approves jackpot and credit payouts and ensures that all appropriate forms are completed. Being a Slot Shift Manager confirms that all slot department equipment is functioning properly. Supervises all electronic gaming device personnel. Additionally, Slot Shift Manager ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Slot Shift Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. YOU GOT THIS
Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

$16.53 - $21.49 The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
