SLOT TECHNICIAN maintains slot machines, replaces parts, and cleans machines as needed. Removes machines from gaming floor with the aid of a hand truck as needed. Being a SLOT TECHNICIAN may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The SLOT TECHNICIAN may require 0-1 year of general work experience. POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for repair and maintenance of slot machines to insure a quality gaming experience for our guests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Install and Repair Slot Machines from various manufacturers.
Check slot repair log daily, provided by slot attendants and served noted machines.
Report to Slot Repair Technician Supervisor any machine left “Out of Order” and document detailed report.
Maintain log of machines opened and/or tested, or repaired and repairs made.
Assure that department and company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Maintain a professional, courteous image at all times.
Perform other duties as directed by the Slot Repair Technician Supervisor, Slot Manager, or Slot Director.
