SLOT TECHNICIAN maintains slot machines, replaces parts, and cleans machines as needed. Removes machines from gaming floor with the aid of a hand truck as needed. Being a SLOT TECHNICIAN may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The SLOT TECHNICIAN may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Essential Job Functions:
- Overhaul, troubleshoot, and repair slot equipment
- Maintain proper documentation of department repair logs, shift logs, daily shift reports, lock and/or key logs
- Safely and effectively operate shop equipment including hand tools, soldering equipment and some electronic testing equipment
