SLOT TECHNICIAN maintains slot machines, replaces parts, and cleans machines as needed. Removes machines from gaming floor with the aid of a hand truck as needed. Being a SLOT TECHNICIAN may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The SLOT TECHNICIAN may require 0-1 year of general work experience. The Slot Technician I is responsible for performing a wide variety of diagnoses and repairs of slot machines, with infrequent assistance; possesses extensive knowledge of both mechanical and electronic aspects of slot machine repair; provides training or assistance to lesser experienced technicians.

Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must have good communications skills. Must have basic computer skills. Must have electronic background or minimum two-year experience in slot operations. Must have two (2) or more years’ experience in the Gaming Industry or an equivalent customer service environment.
