Slot Technician Supervisor supervises and coordinates the work of employees who fix slot machines. Prepares work schedules and assigns work. Being a Slot Technician Supervisor ensures machine function and output is according to specifications. May be required to help technicians repair slot machines and remove broken machines from the gaming floor. Additionally, Slot Technician Supervisor may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Slot Technician Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for repair and maintenance of slot machines to insure a quality gaming experience for our guests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Install and Repair Slot Machines from various manufacturers.
Check slot repair log daily, provided by slot attendants and served noted machines.
Report to Slot Repair Technician Supervisor any machine left “Out of Order” and document detailed report.
Maintain log of machines opened and/or tested, or repaired and repairs made.
Assure that department and company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Maintain a professional, courteous image at all times.
Perform other duties as directed by the Slot Repair Technician Supervisor, Slot Manager, or Slot Director.
