Slot Technician Supervisor supervises and coordinates the work of employees who fix slot machines. Prepares work schedules and assigns work. Being a Slot Technician Supervisor ensures machine function and output is according to specifications. May be required to help technicians repair slot machines and remove broken machines from the gaming floor. Additionally, Slot Technician Supervisor may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Slot Technician Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.     All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age.
    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
    High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have knowledge of casino rules and regulations pertaining to the Slot Technician position. Formal training in the repair of electronic slot machines and related equipment is required. Capability to perform most common repairs on electronic slot machines is required.
    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming Commission License.
    LANGUAGE SKILLS
    Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
    COMPUTER SKILLS
    Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
