Slot Technician Supervisor supervises and coordinates the work of employees who fix slot machines. Prepares work schedules and assigns work. Being a Slot Technician Supervisor ensures machine function and output is according to specifications. May be required to help technicians repair slot machines and remove broken machines from the gaming floor. Additionally, Slot Technician Supervisor may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Slot Technician Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. - Adheres to departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. - Performs minor maintenance on machine interiors, including such functions as clearing bill jams, replacing lights, fixing button problems, etc. - Maintains visual aesthetics of slot machines and video monitors by cleaning slot reels, glass fronts, and display signs. - Notifies slot shop personnel of any major machine malfunctions. - Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

- High School Diploma or equivalent and six (6) months of electrical or basic repair experience preferred. - Elementary electrical skills required. - Must have effective written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English. - Ability to read simple wiring diagrams and utilize volt ohmmeters. - Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
