Slot Technician Supervisor supervises and coordinates the work of employees who fix slot machines. Prepares work schedules and assigns work. Being a Slot Technician Supervisor ensures machine function and output is according to specifications. May be required to help technicians repair slot machines and remove broken machines from the gaming floor. Additionally, Slot Technician Supervisor may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Slot Technician Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.     How You’ll Make a Difference

    As a Supervisor, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in your role.

    • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
    • Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
    • Consult with patients on treatment options provided by the clinical team, verify insurance payment and collection ensure high-quality of care
    • Under the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team
    • Review data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice
    • Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments
    • Verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits, and credit card processing
    • Additional tasks assigned by the Manager 

    Preferred Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred  
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
    • Demonstrate analytical thinking; place a premium on leveraging data
    • Organized and detail-oriented
    • Experience in sales
