Slot Technician Supervisor supervises and coordinates the work of employees who fix slot machines. Prepares work schedules and assigns work. Additionally, Slot Technician Supervisor may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Slot Ambassador is responsible for trouble shooting and assisting guests with their slot machine issues and performs repair minor gaming machine malfunctions.

Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Fluency in English required, bilingual in Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese preferred. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.
Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability:
Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. Ability to decipher various reports and maintain reports upon request.

Work/Educational Experience
