ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Project Manager, you’ll drive process and communication for on-brand assets and materials for projects and campaigns across businesses in different states and countries. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a central role in the development and implementation of efficient processes and operations. Drawing on your extensive experience in diverse areas such as branding, print, digital, video, social media, web, and other intricate projects, you'll collaborate closely with department and business leads to manage a varied portfolio of brands. You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, creative directors, digital marketers, videographers, photographers, and an existing team of exceptional Project Managers whom you can learn from, teach, and grow with. We need you to be an expert at your craft with a burning desire to get even better.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the central communication hub on each creative project, serving as the go-to person for inquiries and connecting team members with the right resources for their needs, whether it be answers, assistance, or support.
• Issue active status reports and conduct regularly-scheduled status meetings.
• Embody an exceptional level of motivation, desire, customer-driven focus, time management skills, and a healthy level of competitiveness.
• Organize briefings, internal reviews, and additional check-ins to ensure continuous team communication, alignment, and progress.
• Ensure high-quality standards for all creative deliverables are being met and maintained.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Provide regular project status updates to your team and clients.
• Identify areas for process improvement and champion best practices.
• Guide organization of design files, ensuring version control and easy accessibility for team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years of Project Management experience with creative projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field of study is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Familiar with industry-standard design terminology and software: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
• Proven experience in Project Management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of creative and production processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and drive deadlines.
• A focus on quality and productivity.
• Bonus points if you have experience in Integrated Production

This is a full-time role based in Miami Beach, FL. Candidates must live in South Florida, and be available to report to the office regularly. We permit hybrid schedules with the ability to work remotely several days per week if desired.
