    As a member of the Wellness Revenue team, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and other team members to define business goals to transform into analyses and actionable insights.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Reporting to the Director of Conversion Rate Optimization, the Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst will be responsible for:

    • Support our media and marketing teams in health and wellness industries
    • Provide insights through analysis of revenue and conversion data to drive business decisions, partnership negotiations, and financial results
    • Identify opportunities for improvement that increase profitability and own key operational initiatives and testing
    • Have their hands on the levers of daily performance, build tools for evaluating our business, and implement solutions to increase business value
    • Collaborate closely with other functions such as our engineering, user research, and partnerships teams; fostering a dynamic and productive working relationship
    • Ideate, execute, and track A/B tests to improve customer experience and business revenue

    What You Bring

    • 1-3 years of experience in a highly quantitative and analytical role
    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an analytically oriented discipline (e.g. business, economics, statistics, mathematics, etc.)
    • Desire for a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with competing priorities and deadlines
    • Competitive drive and a hunger to learn
    • Comfort with measuring, interpreting, and making real-time decisions based on large volumes of data
    • Ability to present data and recommendations to senior team members on a regular basis
    • Proficient with A/B testing and has a creative side to generate new test ideas
    • Fluency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
