  • Pepper Palace Inc
  • Sevierville, TN FULL_TIME
  • Pepper Palace is searching for a Foodie/Social Media Content Creator who can heat up our digital presence. We're all about bold flavors and turning ordinary dishes into tasty adventures. Your mission? To craft content that's as spicy as our products. If you're someone who enjoys pushing the boundaries of creativity and knows how to make culinary posts that are fun, exciting, and cool, apply now!

    What You’ll Be Cooking Up:

    Content Creation and Management:

    • Imagine, create, and post spicy content across all our platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the next big thing in social.
    • Develop a variety of social assets, including short-form videos, GIFs, animations, and hunger-inducing food pics that align with the brand and celebrate all things flavor.

    Brand and Community Engagement:

    • Dive into community management, be the brand's voice, and keep our online rep as spicy as our sauces.
    • Grow our tribe of chiliheads, turning up the heat on follower counts and engagement rates.
    • Participate in and initiate culinary banter, mixing it up over cooking, sauce combos, kitchen experiments, and foodie tips and tricks.

    Strategy and Analysis:

    • Work closely with the Digital Team to analyze the heck out of our social data to tweak and improve our content recipe for success.
    • Evaluate and adjust our culinary content to keep our feeds as fresh as a just-picked jalapeno.

    • Stay sharp on the latest food trends and incorporate them into our content to appeal to our audience.

    Operational Support:

    • A toolkit stuffed with social listening, e-commerce savvy, marketing strategies, analytics prowess, graphic design, and video editing skills.
    • Food obsessed, especially with sauces and spices. You're the type who thinks pepper is a basic human right and has hot sauce packets in every jacket.
    • Organizational skills that would make a librarian jealous, paired with the creativity of an indie film director.
    • Storytelling chops that can sell ice to Eskimos or, in our case, hot sauce to chiliheads.
    • Creativity in showcasing our brand. You get our blend of bold and cheeky. Can you turn a bottle of sauce into the next social media sensation? That’s the energy we’re after.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
    • An adaptable and proactive approach.
    • Bonus points if your portfolio can make us skip lunch because we're full after looking at it.
    • Bonus points for a great sense of humor. Come prepared with your favorite food joke!
