Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. Duties: - Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads - Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube - Manage social media accounts and monitor daily activities, including posting, responding to comments/messages, and engaging with followers - Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing - Conduct research on target audience preferences and interests to inform content creation - Optimize social media profiles for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility - Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns - Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite for content creation - Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices - Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer - Familiarity with social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and industry trends - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
