Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Spearhead the creation and distribution of compelling content across our social media channels, incorporating innovative posts, videos and visually engaging graphics.
• Community Engagement: Promote and sustain growth within our online community by engaging with followers, addressing their queries, establishing a welcoming atmosphere that encourages interaction, hosting online events and more.
• Trend Analysis: Stay informed of emerging trends and viral content. Leverage these insights to maintain our brand's social media position and stimulate increased engagement with our target audience.
• Creative Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with our marketing team to develop inventive campaigns and bring unique concepts to life. Act as the brand's representative while liaising with potential collaborators and our Influencer team.

Qualifications:

• Unconditional love for dogs.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Could also be working towards a degree.
• Experience in digital marketing, including familiarity with social media platforms and advertising.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
• Ability to create engaging visuals using design software like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Video editing skills and proficiency in video editing software is a plus.
• Data driven individual who is comfortable with using analytics tools for monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.
• Exceptional copywriting skills for crafting clear, compelling content across various marketing channels.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Trello.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Klaviyo, Attentive, MailChimp, etc..
• Bonus points for a love of memes, GIFs, and a flair for humor!

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
