The Certified Collectibles Group (CCG) is seeking a
Social Media & Content Coordinator to join its fast-growing and dynamic team! CCG is the world’s leading provider of expert and impartial services for collectibles, including coins, banknotes, comic books, magazines, TCGs, sports cards, video games, home video and more.
As a Social Media & Content Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CGC pop culture marketing team through social media strategy, content creation and audience engagement. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and growing our social media presence, posting and scheduling content, community management and providing valuable social analytics and growth insights.
This is a Hybrid position working Monday to Friday from a home office with expected on-site work 1 -2 days a week or as needed, with occasional evening and weekend support as required. While familiarity with collectibles is advantageous, it is not mandatory; we are dedicated to equipping you with the necessary expertise for success in the field. Additionally, this role may involve occasional in-office presence for capturing content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide writing support for all social content shared on CCG’s social channels
• Post, schedule and track social media content
• Maintain professional and positive community management
• Engage with CCG’s social followers by addressing questions and comments on all platforms
• Provide detailed social analytics and growth guidance
Ideal Candidates Will Demonstrate the Following Qualities:
• Expertise in all social media platforms
• Passion for social media
• Proven experience in maintaining social channels for previous companies and/or organizations
• Knowledge of social analytics
• Strong creative verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in taking photos and/or creating videos
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Task-oriented and timely with project delivery
• Comfortable asking questions and sharing suggestions
• A team player with a love for continuous learning
• Open to domestic travel when necessary and appropriate
• Excitement about or existing enthusiasm for collectibles!
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of social media content creation experience
• Photo and/or video shooting/editing skills
• Expert-level social media skills
• Knowledge of social media analytics
• Previous experience with Adobe CS preferred

Location:
This is a hybrid role, working mostly from your home office, but with the availability to be on-site in our Sarasota locations on occasion, 1 to 2 times per week.
