    What You’ll Do

     

    The Sr. Media Manager – Digital Investment (Paid Social) will work closely with the Media Supervisor to create a comprehensive social media strategy. They will oversee optimizations, analysis, and tactical execution, utilizing their social platform activation, planning, and testing expertise. The ideal candidate should have critical and analytical thinking skills while organizing, optimizing, and providing algorithmic solutions for paid social accounts. A passion for quantitative analysis and an affinity for innovation and statistics is strongly preferred. Experience in other Digital Investment channels, such as Search & Programmatic, is preferred, and a willingness to learn across these disciplines is required.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan, activate and monitor social campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Snapchat platforms
    • Manage and oversee campaign budgets, pacing, and performance tracking
    • Oversee flawless execution with direct campaign management in self-serve tools
    • Work with Supervisor to create platform strategy POVs 
    • Assist in developing social audience strategies, including utilizing AdTech for audience activation (Amobee, LiveRamp, etc.) 
    • Identify trends and insights to track, monitor, and optimize performance against key KPIs
    • Ensure optimal cross-functional communication by collaborating with internal teams (media planning, analytics, account management, AdOps) as well as Clients and vendor partners
    • Oversee and manage setup of brand lift studies and A/B tests in collaboration with vendors and media planning team
    • Present client-facing communications and educational overviews to digital and non-digital stakeholders
    • Critically evaluate the ability of data sources, inventory, and media platforms to create a competitive advantage
    • Mentor and train junior team members, for example, with technical training on social platforms
    • Contribute to the evolution, maintenance, and standardization of processes and documentation that all brands use
    • Stay abreast of the latest trends and tools to continue to evolve social strategy

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, economics, mathematics, statistics, or similar analytical field
    • 4-6 years of digital media planning and buying experience
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience activating and managing high-budget Paid Social campaigns across platforms, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok etc.
    • Proven track record of decreasing CPA, increasing ROI and can show real-world examples
    • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets (i.e. Pivot tables & Vlookups, Slicers, nested IF statements)
    • Knowledge of Tableau/MySQL/Datorama/Google Data Studio is a plus
    • Knowledge of ad serving platforms (CM360 preferred) and online analytics solutions (Google, Adobe)
    • Understanding of tagging and tracking solutions
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments
    • Experience building and organizing data for analysis and optimizations: Quantitative analysis, Forecasting strategies and Data modeling and statistical analysis, is a plus
    • Must be a self-starter/self-motivated person
