While we prefer this position to work from KI’s Corporate Office in Green Bay, we will consider a candidate who lives outside Green Bay, and who can commute to one of our Midwest showrooms in Milwaukee or Chicago several days a week to collaborate with other KI team members. Regular travel to KI’s Corporate Office in Green Bay will also be required. This position is responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategies for KI, Pallas Textiles, and KI Wall brands. This includes strategic content development for organic and paid social media campaigns for lead generation and nurturing efforts, as well as brand awareness and promotion. This individual is responsible for understanding and applying best practices for social media marketing to increase following and drive brand engagement through aggressive KPIs. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Public Relations, Web/Interactive Media Design or related field. Three-five years’ experience in a professional communications environment required along with additional experience in the following areas preferred: Implementing digital marketing tactics Using social media as a marketing tool Working in web content management systems and digital marketing automation programs (Pardot, HubSpot, EPiServer, etc.) Monitoring digital engagement via analytical tools Search engine optimization/marketing (SEO/SEM), lead generation and e-mail marketing We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and life insurance.
