Social Media Analyst, Sr. collects and analyzes data related to social media marketing campaigns. Analyzes social media data to identify patterns and trends. Being a Social Media Analyst, Sr. monitors social media platforms to determine how a new update or feature impacts audience behavior or content performance. Identifies opportunities for campaign optimization and provides recommendations to improve targeting and messaging. Additionally, Social Media Analyst, Sr. creates and maintains comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor marketing performance and communicate insights to stakeholders. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Social Media Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. We set it up and we manage it fully allowing small to mid-size level businesses to focus on their day-to-day operations while maintaining a professional presence online.We are currently looking for a driven entry-level social media assistant to join our team.Responsibilities:
- Social media engagement and interaction on clients' social media accounts.
- Occasionally assist with weekly content ideation and creation for client blogs and social media posts.
- Occasionally schedule weekly posts using agency scheduling tools.
- Other administrative duties as needed.
Schedule:- Monday- remotely 9 AM-1 PM.
- Tuesday - in-office 9 AM - 1 PM.
- Wednesday - in-office 9 AM - 1 PM.
- Thursday - in-office 9 AM - 1 PM.
- Friday - remotely 9 AM - 1 PM.
- With the opportunity of more hours as time progresses.
Ideal candidates MUST possess the following:- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of all key social media platforms (at least 1 year prior experience); including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, TikTok. Creative, energetic, and always thinking proactively and out of the box.
- Reliable, timely, and honest. Organized, self-disciplined, and task-oriented.
- Must have a portable high-speed laptop.
Other qualifications:- Marketing and/or social media experience/internships preferred, not required.
Compensation/ Benefits:- $16-$17 per hour.
