Job Title: Social Media Specialist
This is an in-person, full -time role
Duties:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to inform social media strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends
- Proficient in video editing, photography, and graphic design software
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus
- Ability to proofread content for accuracy and grammar
