- Reporting: This position requires careful tracking and analysis to spot trends, make improvements, and recommended strategies.
- Maximize opportunities with social media and LinkedIn
- Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person hiring events
- Digital Marketing: Creativity is a must for this position. Campaigns can take on any form and a working knowledge of email marketing, social media, and website development will all be useful tools in building effective recruiting campaigns.
- Applicant Tracking System Management (Paycor): Our ATS is our database and the backbone of our recruiting process. You should be constantly finding ways to use it to provide a better digital experience for candidates and recruiters
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Previous digital and social media experience
- Working knowledge of email marketing, web development, and paid search campaigns

- Ability to build, manipulate, and interpret database and marketing reports
