Social Media Content Creator Job Description:

Job Summary: Oversees and manages all social media creation and scheduling across all channels. Ensuring quality, creativity, and accuracy of all content as well as the external messaging, branding, and professionalism of the organization through social media.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Planning and developing social media content
• Posting content across social media accounts
• Managing social media workflow across all programs
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with organizational goals
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor comments, engagement, and trends
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
• Understanding of current trends & channel growth strategies
• Excellent content creation skills (photo & video)
• Knowledge & experience in using
• Platform native editing
• Adobe suite
• Capcut, Templify, or other mobile editing platforms
• Slack
• Monday.com
• Strong copywriting skills
• Hands on experience in content management
• Professional and proactive work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
