Job Role: Social Media Coordinator

Location: 3055 Professional Drive & 3000 Robbins Road Springfield, IL

Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time

Hourly: $18-$20 based on experience

Your Role: As our Social Media Coordinator, you'll be the voice and vision behind our online presence. You'll craft engaging content, interact with our community, and showcase our salon's unique offerings to the world. Your creativity and strategic thinking will drive our social media strategy forward, helping us reach new heights of success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand goals
• Build and create content with both our Technical and Support Staff team
• Create captivating content including posts, stories, videos, and reels
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Analyze social media insights and adjust strategies to optimize performance
• Collaborate with our team to coordinate promotions, events, and campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative flair with an eye for design and aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and techniques
