As a Social Media Specialist (aka take pictures/video and post them on social media), you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated campaigns
- Conduct social listening to understand customer sentiment and identify opportunities for improvement
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
Qualifications:
- Interests in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in Social Media Management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in proofreading and editing content for accuracy and clarity
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design tools is a plus
- Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends and competitors
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other analytics tools is preferred
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and web analytics is a plus
