Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist (on location) to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist (aka take pictures/video and post them on social media), you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's online presence and drive growth through various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement

- Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn

- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated campaigns

- Conduct social listening to understand customer sentiment and identify opportunities for improvement

- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing

Qualifications:

- Interests in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Experience in Social Media Management or similar role

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in proofreading and editing content for accuracy and clarity

- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design tools is a plus

- Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends and competitors

- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other analytics tools is preferred

- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and web analytics is a plus

Note: All positions at our company are paid positions. We do not offer unpaid internships.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
