We are looking for someone local! Glow Ventures in Williamstown, NJ is looking for a social media/marketing agent to join our 35 person strong team. We are located on 2080 N Black Horse Pike. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged. This is a seasonal position that will require you to be part of a setup team from 11/1 - 11/23 - hours between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. From 11/24 - 1/7, hours are from 4:00 - 11:00 on weekdays, and 4:00 - 12:00 on weekends. Applicant must be open to working, featuring content on holidays, including Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. This is a seasonal position with potential to stay on past the 1/7 season.

Job Overview:

As a Social Media Content Manager at Glow, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our social media strategy. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing all content across our social media channels to engage our audience, promote our brand, and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy and Planning:

*Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy to achieve marketing and branding goals. *Create a content calendar that outlines posting schedules and campaigns.

Content Creation:

*Produce high-quality, engaging, and shareable content, including text, images, videos, and graphics. *Write compelling and creative copy for social media posts. *Collaborate with designers and videographers to create multimedia content.

Community Engagement:

*Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social platforms. *Foster and maintain a strong online community by interacting with followers and influencers.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

*Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns. *Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements.

Social Media Management:

*Manage and maintain all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) by regularly updating profiles, cover photos, and bios. *Stay up-to-date with platform trends and algorithm changes.

Collaboration:

*Coordinate with marketing, design, and other departments to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing strategies. *Collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to expand reach.

Qualifications:

*Desire to work as a Social Media Manager or experience in a similar role. *In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices. *Exceptional creativity and an eye for visual design. *Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. *Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools. *Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles. *Analytical mindset and the ability to use data to drive decision-making. *Strong project management skills and attention to detail. *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
