Social Media Coordinator

  • Hoss is seeking a talented, creative-driven individual to serve as the Social Media Coordinator. We are a fast-growing, D to C, E-commerce business in the gardening space. You will play a vital role in supporting our digital marketing space and contributing to the success of our sustainable mission.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
    • Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Tik Tok, and more
    • Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments
    • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive campaigns that align with brand objectives
    • Conduct research to identify target audience preferences and interests
    • Develop, execute, and manage social media ad campaigns and promotions
    • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports on performance
    • Stay informed about emerging social media tools, trends, and best practices
    • Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics for social media posts
    • Assist with photography and videography for social media content

    Qualifications:
    - Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing or similar role, 4 years preferred
    - Proficient in using social media management tools
    - Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    - Knowledge of proofreading techniques to ensure error-free content
    - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, a plus
    - Proven work experience and success with social media ad campaigns - Experience with Google (GA4) Analytics, a plus

    Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
