Project Overview:
Marion VAMC Building 16 will house the Director, Executive Leadership Team, and other major administrative and operational departments of the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System. While the building will not be occupied during renovation, the project will be phased to allow circulation between connected Buildings 15 and 17.
Scope of Work:
- Execute the renovation project for Marion VAMC Building 16.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with connected Buildings 15 and 17 to facilitate circulation during the renovation phase.
Requirements:
- Your business must have the necessary insurance and past performance reviews.
- Once we receive these, we'll review and evaluate submissions and request specific pricing quotes from the most qualified candidates.
