Job Overview:
A Social Media and Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services at Ace of Evans City, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. They leverage various social media platforms and marketing channels to reach the target audience and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok. Develop and maintain a social media calendar.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality visual and written content for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and social media posts. This includes graphics, videos, blog posts, and other multimedia content.
Campaign Development: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive traffic to retail stores or online platforms. Collaborate with other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Customer Engagement: Foster a positive and interactive relationship with customers through social media interactions. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly. Encourage user-generated content.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. Uphold brand identity and values in all communication materials.
Collaboration: Work closely with the retail team and Managment to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Collaborate with influencers or partners for promotional activities.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Strong creative and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Knowledge of current marketing trends and social media algorithms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
