Responsibilities and Duties
Greet clients, schedule meetings, file completed projects, data entry, help with estimating and proof read projects. Purchasing of supplies and shipping and receiving functions. Great opportunity to provide administrative support to our Team in a wonderful atmosphere!
Qualifications and Skills
- Reliable- Team player- Self-motivated- Excellent organizational skills - Ability to answer a multi-line phone system.- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat is required.- Perform general administrative tasks.- Maintain filing system.Have a strong work ethic.- Involvement with various aspects of Special Projects, including sourcing of materials, and price gathering. Opportunity to do social media.
