**Position Summary: **

Joining Sterling Real Estate Group as a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and supporting our marketing and sales initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities: **

- Develop and execute a strategic social media marketing plan to support business goals.

- Manage and grow our social media presence across all platforms.

- Research and develop a content calendar focused on real estate and related topics.

-Find creative content regarding Real Estate and Community events to publish a monthly newsletter

- Create posts for new listings, price reductions, and new construction communities, including property videos.

- Schedule and manage posts for special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries.

- Use Canva, Ripl, and ChatGPT tools to generate engaging content.

- Process website leads, update newsletters, manage website edits, and create marketing materials as needed.

-Work with our agents to help them grow their social media presence

- Create, publish, and share engaging daily content across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.

- Retargeting on FB, making lead ads, and boosting.

- Ensure brand consistency through collaboration with marketing.

- Engage with our online community, responding to queries and comments, and managing customer reviews.

- Design and maintain the aesthetic quality of our social media profiles.

- Innovate by suggesting and implementing new features to boost brand awareness.

- Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.98 - $23.40 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
