RenCorpRealty is a full-service real estate brokerage and development company specializing in renovation of historic buildings in and around downtown Spokane.
Position will be in charge of coordinating all marketing and social media efforts including website maintenance, social media posting, and any other projects requested. Help us promote not only or company but also support and promote some of Downtown Spokane's most recognizable brand names.
Coordinate and establish event planning schedule, organize and implement company employee and client marketing opportunities including brokerage open houses, tenant appreciation nights and project unveilings.
Also, the position is the first point of contact for all tenants, will assist in directing tenants to office team members to assist their requests and help our office run smoothly.
Requirements and skills
Position is Monday - Thursday (Fridays Off!) 9am - 4pm with additional hours available and flexible schedule. Position requires between 30-36 hours per week and includes sick time and paid holidays after 90 day introductory period.
