Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and manage all social media platforms. Duties: - Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business goals - Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms - Manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube - Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments - Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels - Respond to comments and customer inquiries in a timely manner - Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and best practices Requirements: - Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and E-commerce - Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience in public relations, video editing, graphic design, advertising, or digital marketing is a plus - Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Creative thinker with a passion for content creation We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
