    About The Role

    As the Digital Content Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving SITA's digital evolution. Spearhead the introduction of our new brand, optimize web platforms seamlessly, and lead impactful global campaigns for optimal user engagement. Your role extends to managing digital marketing activities, overseeing brand library onboarding, and ensuring content alignment through strategic project management and comprehensive training.

     

    Your Responsibilities

     

    Digital Strategy and Leadership

     

    • Spearhead the introduction of the new SITA brand in 2024 across all digital channels.
    • Utilize SEO expertise to facilitate digital transformation efforts.
    • Act as the voice of the digital team, providing strategic advice to shape the direction of digital initiatives.
    • Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
    • Offer guidance on digital content project management tools to optimize workflow efficiency.

     

    Seamless Digital Experience and Impactful Campaigns

     

    • Oversee the optimization of websites, employing standard frameworks to enhance user experience.
    • Implement strategies to score and analyze visitor interactions, shaping content based on web traffic insights.
    • Drive impactful digital customer experience campaigns, contributing to rebranding efforts, solution launches, talent acquisition, and broadening customer reach.
    • Lead collaboration and projects with cross-functional partners to support the development of marketing plans, campaigns and promotions across all digital channels.
    • Lead the project management of global external campaigns, overseeing content shaping, socialization, and integration with web and CRM for a cohesive digital experience.

     

    Content Management and Training

     

    • Manage digital marketing activities in support of rebranding campaigns, solution launches, talent acquisition initiatives, and customer outreach.
    • Facilitate the onboarding of a new brand library, overseeing the migration to salesforce.com.
    • Provide editorial drafts and written copy that expresses the tone and personality of SITA’s brand.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and track KPIs, including audience reach, content quality, and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
    • Seek to continuously improve digital marketing activities by analyzing data to propose insight-informed actions and recommendations.
    • Measure content performance and assess related marketing activities to validate quality and ROI
    • Socialize and provide training on digital content guidelines and style guides, ensuring a professional standard of editorial and copywriting across the digital landscape.
    • Ensure online content remains up-to-date, fresh, and aligns with the brand by offering training, guidance, and editorial expertise to content owners throughout the company.
    • Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices

    Qualifications

    • Ability to communicate and influence C-suite and across all levels of the organization. 

     

     

    Required Qualifications

     

    • University Degree in Digital Marketing or Communications or similar with a specialization in Digital Marketing.
    • 5-7 years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on full-spectrum content and campaign management and CRM
    • 5 years expert-level experience and utilization of modern marketing and CRM applications such as Salesforce, Adobe Marketo, Episerver, Kapost, Google Analytics and Siteimprove
    • Expert-level experience and utilization of modern digital communications services such as web, social media, audience management, SEO, SEM, owned, earned and paid media, PR, performance management, data and analytics, reporting
    • Proven experience and demonstrated success in implementing impactful online marketing activities and campaigns
    • Demonstrated success in conducting impactful global external campaigns in a multi-channel environment.
    • In-depth expertise in SEO strategies, driving digital transformation efforts, and proficient use of web monitoring tools.
    • Proven ability to drive brand transformation and digital evolution, providing strategic direction, and acting as the authoritative voice for a digital team.
    • Strong project management skills, emphasizing campaign shaping, workflow optimization, and seamless web and CRM integration.
    • Familiarity with digital content project management tools, optimizing workflow efficiency.
    • Track record of establishing and tracking KPIs for continuous improvement in audience reach, content quality, and customer satisfaction.
    • Proven ability to socialize and provide training on digital content guidelines, ensuring a professional standard of editorial and copywriting.
    • Preferred experience within the B2B sector, especially in IT and air transportation-related industries.
    • Native-level English proficiency with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven success in complex, international, and fast-paced environments, showcasing adaptability and resilience under pressure.
    • Ability to achieve high-performance goals and drive results.
