A professional who assists with ongoing communications, marketing campaigns and more. Support marketing director and executives on various projects such as developing sales strategies, marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, capitol campaigns and more. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of Seneca Healthcare District, and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
Essential Functions

Provide support to the marketing department.
- Execute marketing strategy.

Work with the marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.
- Processing, researching and logging of charitable requests and handling sponsorship fulfillment needs

Perform market and client research.
- Create reports on marketing performance.

Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
- Assist with social media and website content.
- Attend trade shows, company events and marketing events.
- Organize and manage marketing materials.
- Handle correspondence, telephone, and personal contact with trustees, nonprofit applicants and grantees.

Communicate with the public about grantmaking guidelines and processes.

Schedule site visits and meetings.

Coordinate and produce periodic trustee reports and board meeting books.

Coordinate logistics for and take minutes at meetings when appropriate.

Handle correspondence, telephone, and personal contact with donors, trustees, nonprofit applicants and grantees.

Qualifications
-
1-3 years’ experience in marketing or equivalent education

Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)

Proficiency in Outlook and SharePoint drives.
- Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram)

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) a plus

Experience with Canva or other design software required
- Knowledge of data entry and experience with donor management software.
- Digital photography and video editing experience a plus
