- Find solutions to problems and resolve conflicts internally
Experience:
- Associate degree preferred
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills as well as attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and often fast-changing environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written)
