    Our team is seeking a Social Media Manager to help us uncover insights that can guide a brand's ideas and decisions on social media. The ideal candidate is a curious, culturally-fluent strategist who loves to question assumptions and challenge the status quo. You will be part of social and creative teams working to build connected brands and create work that drives value for our clients. This is a hybrid position, requiring work performed at the office and via telecommuting.



    • Coordinate communication efforts of the CFM and SNF offices, including coordination across the Public Affairs and Multimedia groups within the OSAC
    • Conduct and synthesize research, social listening, and other data to contribute to a brand’s strategic decisions through social-specific reporting
    • Keep a pulse on current events, online trends and potential controversies or threats relevant to the brand
    • Analyze and synthesize current creative performance as it pertains to overall audience sentiment and engagement

    Job Requirements
    • Must have at least 1-3 years of social marketing experience using commercial platforms such as Twitter, Snapchat, Reddit, Facebook, and Pinterest
    • Good understanding of social platforms, including how they work and how consumers use them from a paid and organic perspective
    • Ability to read platform dashboards, understand ad performance, and recognize general trends

Employees must possess the ability to work in an office environment. If required, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time to visit other company sites. Must have hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas may be required. This position may require an employee to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance, reach, push, and pull. The employee may also be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
