Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Freelance Bilingual Social Media Manager to develop and implement our social media strategy across various platforms in both English and [insert second language]. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy in both English and [insert second language] to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., in both languages.
• Schedule and publish content while ensuring consistency in voice and brand messaging across languages.
• Monitor social media channels in both languages for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and appropriately.
• Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize performance and drive growth in both language markets.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our bilingual strategy.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably with bilingual proficiency.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences in both languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and adapt content for different language markets.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience with content creation, graphic design, and/or photography in both languages.
• Familiarity with paid social advertising campaigns in multiple language markets.
• Knowledge of SEO and website analytics.
• Previous experience as a Social Media Manager

Location:
This is a remote position inside of Memphis TN and surrounding area. Some Face to face meeting is mandatory
